| Come join your friends and the great staff at the Boys & Girls Club. Programs are offered Monday through Friday after school right at Bijou Community School. There are lots of enrichment programs and activities where members get to have fun, be with friends and be in a safe and positive environment. We also serve a nutritious snack each day. A sample of the programs include:
Club 202- members get their homework completed with the help of Bijou teachers and teachers assistants.
Art- staff always has some great art projects.
SMART (Skills, Mastery, And Resistance Training) Girls: a national Boys & Girls Club of America program designed especially for girls to gain self confidence and support for each other.
Sports: from soccer, to basketball, to hoola hoops, there is always something fun going on.
Music-members get to use djembe drums and other fun music programs.
Computers- kids get to use computers to learn new skills.
Annual membership is only $35 and includes attendance at all after school programs. All-day programs during the summer and school vacations are available at affordable prices and take place at the club’s Main Site at Al Tahoe Elementary.
